What ThynkOT is (and isn't)

ThynkOT is an organizational aid for school-based occupational therapy practitioners: schedules, session logging, private notes, goal tracking, and computed timeline dates. It is not legal advice, not a compliance guarantee, and not a system of record for your district. Computed dates are a helpful starting point — always verify against your district's calendar, your district's policies, and current law. You remain responsible for your own professional and legal obligations.

Early access

ThynkOT is currently in early access. That means features change quickly, occasionally something breaks, and we may add, modify, or retire functionality as we learn. We'll treat your data with care through every change (see our Privacy Policy), and we'll communicate about anything significant.

Your account and your data

• Keep your password safe. Session notes are encrypted with a key derived from it — if you lose both your password and your recovery key, your notes cannot be recovered by anyone, including us.
• Don't enter student names or personally identifying student records into the app. It's designed for codes you choose — that protection only works if you use it.
• Your caseload data belongs to you. You can export or delete it.

Acceptable use

Use ThynkOT for its intended professional purpose. Don't attempt to break, probe, or overload the service, resell access, or use it to violate any law or anyone's privacy.

Warranty & liability

Early-access software is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThynkOT's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which, during free early access, is zero). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
